New Nerf for YUL CLASS?

Lf confirm about this, p.skill critical rate down again for yul class? , i know mob hit more and more p.def too.

But come on, again another nerf in skill critical rate and power? i test and down skill critical rate and power.

I need to know @Jujiyul nerfed again or not? , I repeat I check base skill critical rate and power in char 114 and 116 and not work good. ( belive me.. My setup have huge skill critical rate and power) but after update work to bad.

Every toon gets nerfed sooner or later, just depends on how many sore losers there are complaining after they die during PVP.

I dont see any nerf on my yul after the update. My skill critical rate feels the same, my dagame is the same.

The mobs became a bit stronger, that's all.
