Spoiling After Vanguard update

I'm sure we all appreciate less junk crafting materials with the update. Thons as the lowest crafting is perfectly fine too.

However, spoiling mobs, tested from lizards up to hot springs, yields virtually nothing. Spoil crush, spoil festival, etc. Nada. I'm assuming this isn't intended. The identity of the class took a huge hit in the shuffle.

If any other spoilers have had better experiences, please let me know.
