High-Grade weapon Varnish

i've made bosses but i can't found the high-grade weapon varnish. i wanna know if this item was removed or relocated to bosses lvl 49 +? cz i've read all of your patchs notes betwen 2017 and 2022 and this item not be mentioned. Thx a lot!

I need an answer from the staff, i had read another topics of the same content and no response of the staff... it's a simple question, this item drop or not? if  drop where we can find this item now? if not please give to us a note in the patch notes. The comunication is importnant to the good experience into the game.
