Need help with buffs.

Hi, here you will find buffs only from players or make buffers (the best is warcryer) -  you can still buy buff scrolls (melody) for buffs, but it will be expensive

Hi, you can get the "started packge" in "l2 store" the last button at the menu in the rigth edge, the icone is a shopbag. you can buy this item for 0 nccoin. 

in the package you get some boost of xp, buff, itens and supplies. 

the best is you make yourself a buff, like @Scorpi0 said. if you'll  play with a figther, make a WC if you'll play with a mage, make a OL and Shilien Elder.  make song and dance too!
