DoubtDestiny Posted April 22, 2022 Share Posted April 22, 2022 Well, only characters that have been here for 18 years can get them, so I guess they figured that anyone that still plays that character already has a Ruler's Authority or better. Of course, this is disappointing when you consider they used to give the entire Boss jewel pack, which had a Ruler's included. So yeah, it would have been nice to go all out for the players that have been here since day 1 practically and show a bit more love than just an old belt that everyone else either already has or can easily get.
