STR+3 or P.ATK+1% ? how to calculate

Hi, maybe a simple question for someone of you. 

 

I need to know, how to calculate the difference between STR+3 (from bracelet STR+3) or P.ATK+1% (from Lucien Bracelet)

HOW TO CALCULATE ?

 

i made a count without buffs, only clan advent and Full Gear equiped

the numbers are: 

 

Without Bracelet: ---- p.atk > 24.385 

with Bracelet STR+3: ---- p.atk > 24.739 

with Lucien p.atk +1%: ---- p.atk > 24.561

 

How to calculate +1% ? because if i take 24.385 x 1.01 (+1%) = 24.628 ..... not 24.561

It is actually very complicated formula as patk stacks differently depending on items and strength effects different toons differently there is no straight answer for this.

hi, wich are the "static bonuses" ?  (P.atk +1% / +20% / +35%) for example, or (P.atk +2500 / +3500 / +5000)

Static - points ( +2500 / +3500 / +5000 ). this patk bonus always the same with buffs or without it

with your suggested stats you have 6785 StaticPatk (from clan advent, passive skills, augments and something else) and 17600 %Patk that affected by %% buffs, passives, STR, CHA, weapon, etc

so final Patk calculated as: %Patk*%Buff1*%Buff2*...*%BuffX+StaticPatk1+StaticPatk2+...+StaticPatkY
