Why my account always been locked ?

I created another account for my wife then we can play together , but why it always been locked ?

we didnt use any software that violates regulations, I already lost 3 account , every time I created one and play game , after 10 hours it been locked and u said "cuz suspicious activity "

I really dont understand what is "suspicious activity"

Our locked accounts : daidaidashixiong@yahoo.com(character: SKTtlFaker) and 1728625457@qq.com(character:EDG4396) and 1010950015@qq.com

pls unlock our accounts. we just want play game , just want do this........

If player just do quest in game and lv up is "suspicious activity" , thats a really funny reason to lock account

The People's Republic of China is on the list of countries from where you are not permitted to create an account at NCWest:

The qq.com servers are located in China, so it's unwise to use such an e-mail for account creation. If you and your wife are physically in China, they will identify you via the IP address when logging into the game and lock your account then. Your only choice is NCTaiwan

ty , but we are not living in China . We just use that email . our IP address not in China , thx for u help but it doesnt make sense for the reason we want

don't use chinese names / emails etc. so you don't get flagged as chinese rmt farmers
