Are these Exalted weapons, ++++ R/95 or ++ R99/110(maybe Bloody or better) They could be sharing their main Weapon with several Alts, or they bought what they could and now they are waiting for Red Libra... if they are Exalted they changed class on last Red Libra, and are still saving up the 150kk to change the weapon type at Lionel. Some of them might even want to change to Titan next Red Libra... each of them probably had an excuse/reason at the time, ask some of them, my guess is a lot are waiting for something now.
