Lots of DC's! I have 6~9 acc in 2 PCs, most dc's from chronos at random times and random acc's (sometimes 1, sometimes all), while in blackbird most of time is World Hunting Zone related.

A: every time have disconecct and come msg, "u have disconect from the server. Please log again. < 7 > "

Yesterday in Dethrone time, 2 times call "u have disconect from the server. Please log again < 8 >"

Yesterday in Dethrone time i disconecct 20x or more, and for login, 4 times give me error for login, and game guard error.

and delay up to 20+ secs

A:All day  (problem continue for 15 days )

A:from 17:00 (05:00pm) the problem is extreme hard (delay about 30 second) disconnect etc etc .Morning time the problem is less delay about 5 second

A:Lattency problems in dethrone and in live game freezing for 8-10 seconds every like 20-30 seconds and there is 2 chances or getting dc or showing my toon dead

A: 100 tries for log in with several error messages

impossible to move in timed zones/deathrone/normal zones 

today got like 7 dcs and it's like 20 days that lag so much and farm is impossible

A: the only solution i find is don't renew prestige and destiny, it's 20 days we have this lag and i hate waste money for a service so bad.

A: 3rd week now, Lag, dc, game guard error code, can't log-in (only after several attempts), critical errors at random

A: not so much lag issues its the disconnect for no reason

A: I have 3 accounts logged 2 supporting my main, 1 or 2 will randomly disconnect while the other stay logged in but die because of lack of support or damage xping

A: no, but it isn't as frequent as it used to be. My IP says we have a strong connection, the test you made me do via tickets simply blames my IP. So I have a hard time believing it's my IP, when it's only 2 out of 6 to 9 accounts online. 3 on my tower, 3 on my laptop & 3 in the next room. How is it only 2 out of NINE accounts crit error? It's not us, it's YOU.

A: In First time to me helps changing connection type from "Static IPv6" on "Native" in IPv6 configuration. But sometimes problem with connection still have.

So since your Dev team is having so many problems figuring out the problem is I will let you know what I figure out.

-1  = community problem with launcher with your server authenticating login's      This is a server side issue between your launchers and your servers

3125 = DC when game is open is for some reason (maybe gameguard)  your launcher keeps communicating with the servers and when it cannot communicate it DC the game account randomly  (Server side problem causing client side issues)


These are the two big DC problems and log in issues both are something is broken in the coding of launcher if I had to guess where the glitch is but not being able to see your coding this is just informed assumptions from what I can trace since nothing else would make sense.
