Live Server Maintenance: November 23, 2022

Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at 4 a.m. PT / 6 a.m. CT / 7 a.m. ET / 12 p.m. UTC +1 and will be unavailable for approximately 3 hours. 

The following changes will be made to the game during this maintenance:

• The Ranking Festival will start for 1 week!
• Lara’s Eventful Day Off Event will end next week!
  • Event related items will be removed on 11/30.
  • Mentor and Mentee buffs will end on 11/30.
• The Ancient Kingdom Cloak Promotion will end!
  • Cloak Enchant Rate increase will end.

the item deletion dates are wrong as I mentioned in the other topic in the general section, might want look at that so it's clear which deletion date is the real one

that means he copy pasted the maintenance notice and instantly logged off , Not 1 message or answer to the players, 0, this is NCWest care for us once again

There should be Laws against what NCWEST is doing as a « Company »

You're such a hypocrite. When  they ran the Ranking festival this past June your rank was #3. you bought 12,108 boxes and spent almost $11,000. As long as people like you keep feeding NCwest's bank account they'll just go about their business. Hope your credit card isn't maxed out.

cookie with 10% exp ??? so if i exp with 1000 booost i pay for cookies to go 1010 ???  seriously if you want to help the players at least give cookies with 300% to all lvls ....

there are 3 versions of those cookies: attack (which we got now),  defense & growth (this one gave the 300% xp)

the real question is why didn't they gave the option to choose from those 3 which one we want to spend our NCoins on as that's how it is in other regions through their einhassad store

@Wissp @Hermes I suggest you read this and learn how to respond to your playerbase. In case you are not aware, that kind of answers are what people expect.... along with some additional background, for example addressing the 2nd part of Draecke's comment about why you have no option to choose.

Any fix/chance to the deltion timer of the gran kain scrolls?

I mean what kind of scamming is it what you do to the players here with the gran kain seed bracelet scroll? They have 0 value since there is not a single +7 seed bracelet around at both servers.

And why is it? Because ncw fails over and over and over again with their promo sales to reward with the items both servers need. Either none at all or way to less.

(Another example are all the PI enchant scrolls, pve/pve wings, god jewels, fallen angel ring/earring, pve/pvp armor stones, brooch and circle augment stones)
