Faction guild text for rank 1 and up have wrong description for benefit for current level and benefit for next level. Description "Can craft Angler's Fishing Rod" - is wrong. Level 85 player cant do that for entire 14 levels until he reach level 99 to use bait r99 and to be able to catch Reddish Box which drop Sturdy Fishing Rod.
