You then removed the promo from the store, said nothing to the playerbase, and just let us buy normal store Ultimate Jewelry Boxes for 80 ncoin each all week. Many players purchased on the standard, non-promo price of 80ncoin, so much so the top amethyst is sold out on special craft on chronos. Now, yet again, not a single word from you to us, the playerbase, the promo package is back and properly set as a discount at 68 ncoin per box. Interesting you give us the promo price AFTER we all purchased the regular boxes on your lied about "Promo" event. You should credit back every single person who bought Ultimate Jewely Boxes at 80 ncoin either 12 ncoin per box purchased or give them the boxes they should have received if the sale price was properly given to us. I will tell you this much. You just lied about a promo sale and pushed a non sale, then forced us to buy non sale items to participate in your "event", then you lower prices the following week without a single word regarding the issue. This is a massive F U to the players who spend. Congrats on pissing off your paying customers. I personally used 40k ncoin. That made 500 boxes. On promo, thats 588 boxes, at least 3 more clicks on the 30 box try. If you think this is a proper business tactic you will find yourself with no spenders pretty damn fast! What are you going to do about it? If you think giving us boxes AFTER the special craft is over, you will be sadly mistaken. Don't do this. You should either hand out Ncoins to each player in the amount of the new promo price vs. old 80 Ncoin per box or hand out to every person the bonus ultimate boxes. And this would be needed to be done in the next days for as long as the special craft is up. There is absolutely no communication to your player base, even though @Wissp said they were a good communicator and was looking forward to interacting with the playerbase, you don't admit your errors, you try and put changes through fixing your errors with no explanation. Seriously can we not get one just one GM that will actually do something but will also understand the game, because you two @Wissp @Hermes obviously don't have a clue, nor do the "support" staff you have. You knew this was going to happen and I was waiting for it to happen, it was logical, and I think you thought about it, but it lasted to much days until they said somthing, and the addiction to buy items is in you blood and you had to buy some boxes to try top gem, nothing is gone change as long as ncsoft make addiction events, and don’t put some shop where you can buy items and you don't have to gamble, this the efect they wanted on Players and succeed, if they do this again you probabil do the same, addictions lowers brain functions Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Because the "promotion" had been taken out of the store, with very little information about what would be happening going forward. DID you PAY the event price(160 NCoin), or the bundle? the people they refer to compensation are only those who paid those prices... the people that paid normal 80 NCoin price don't qualify(and they paid to gain advantage anyways... so they failed 10% craft, most of us could have failed a few 10% crafts if the prices were lower. iHyperlite Posted December 8, 2022 Author Share Posted December 8, 2022 look. ncsoft pushed out a promo with 2x normal prices. said nothing and removed it after we called them on their bullshit. then the following week they bring a proper event sale price AFTER 1 week passed on the SAME event with 0 COMMUNICATION. they didnt even bother to do the simple check of what they were selling the item for in the shop normally for. We were supposed to have a "PROMO" at the start of the event. They removed the incorrect store promo without doing a maintenance or bringing the server down. They could have fixed the promo last week but they didnt. People then went in on the event and they screwed the spenders. on purpose in my opinion based on their lackluster responses. there is no way someone is oblivious to this entire issue, @Hermes and @Wissp definitely know what I'm talking about. They remain silent as per typical on instances they blatantly screw the consumer. We get you will refund the 160 incorrect buys. We aren't asking about that. We should get a 15% discount on all ultimate jewelry box purchased made last week at the 80 ncoin price. This is a promo event, we should not be forced into the standard 80 ncoin price due to the gm staff incompetance. REALLY the advantage of participating... exhausting some Limited Crafting attempts, and really if you had just paid more, they would have left it alone(no adjustment to L2Store)... but maybe if you had all waited, the bundle would have been cheaper, and we might have even gotten reduced Price for singles(the singles YOU bought are still the same price... maybe if there was a reduction on singles you could be entitled to some adjustment) I find it offensive that YOU recieved any adjustment... You decided to buy and Clicked the button(period) if you buy 15 boxes of cookies at the normal price $2.49, and a week later the same cookies are 3 boxes for $5.00... your only option is to buy more, the store is not going to discuss whether they owe you more boxes or a refund.
