Entry Method Talk to Leona Blackbird in front of the Atelia Refinery Teleport Device The described entry method is not available, even though all requirements are fulfilled. I was able to do this instance in May 2019 Response from Juji (L2Team) from 2019 : We are aware of the issue with the missing Etina Solo dungeon link on Leona.
