Red Libra Changes

GM Team,
As many players change classes through years of gameplay the Red Libra event allowed them to change not only that but also the game items that they were using to make the transition to the new classes easier.  Here is a list of items that have been exchangeable during past events:

1. Artifacts of Power
2. Circlets of Power: Exchanges Radiant Circlets for different types (Authority/Foresight/Grace) (edited)
3. Legendary Dye's
4. Heavy/Light/Robe armor
5. Bloody/Dark weapons exchange 6.Bloody/Dark armor exchange (edited)
7. Weapon Type Exchange
8. Exchanges a Sealed Talisman - Insanity for a Talisman - Seven Signs or vice versa (edited)
8. Exchanges a Ring of the Truth-Seeker for a Ruler's Ring of Authority or vice versa
10. Lv. 3/4/5/6 Soul Crystals for Soul Crystal Boxes Exchange (edited)
11. R110-Grade Top/Bottom Armor Exchange
12. Eternal Armor Type Exchange

All this was done for years to help players transition between classes.  Respectfully request reviewing the ability to exchange cloaks as well, namely Aden to Elmore and vice versa.  Nearly all other game gear items are exchangeable during Red Libra events to smooth the transition between mage and warrior classes. It makes perfect sense to give the possibility for players to exchange a mage-type cloak for a warrior/fighter type as well.
