Just reached level 85

Should I use the pearl thingy that gives r85 gear now or wait until I level up a bit more for harder mobs?

also, how do I make any money? I'm running out cause I always run out of soulshots.

Thanks to the upgraded Silent Valley you can use your (permanent) Dynasty equipment all the way to lvl 99; keep the Paulina R85 pearl untouched for the time being.

The best way to make shot money is doing the daily quests "Lucien's Altar" from Priest of the Earth Daichir in Schuttgart and along with it "Grave Robber Rescue" from Kanemika at the lake down in the Mithril Mines. This will net you 1.1 million adena per day just for running around, no expenditure on shots at all.

Those two quests are good way to make money at start, or join  Zaken or Freya parties for a chance to get some drops. You can get another round of 8k shots if you start your subclass and do your 3rd class quest. You will also get another 'thingy' with 85 gear, if you make your subclass dual and awaken. When you open that you will need r-grade shots. Level up Adventurer faction, it will give you some shots and at 95 you can do dimensional gap and get shots every day, until the quest ends after a month.

Also, if u had a mentor, use your mentee certificate to get some immortal equipment or/and soulshots ... That's your choice ..
