This DOES NOT mean you can simply say, we will compensation you without announcing WHAT that equal compensation is. This is 100% as illegal as it gets. You can run the game into the ground, you can change the rules, you can ignore us and make the game terrible all you want. But you do this, and you're committing fraud. PERIOD. When consumers see or hear an advertisement, whether it’s on the Internet, radio or television, or anywhere else, federal law says that ad must be truthful, not misleading, and, when appropriate, backed by scientific evidence. The FTC enforces these truth-in-advertising laws, and it applies the same standards no matter where an ad appears – in newspapers and magazines, online, in the mail, or on billboards or buses. The FTC will enforce this and I and many other gamers will be HAPPY to report your illegal activity, and if you remove this post, not only will you be guilty of fraudulent activity, but this will be tantamount to conspiracy by the moderators in an attempt to cover up a reported crime.. as yes, this HAS been reported as a crime. Enough is enough. I HIGHLY encourage other gamers to report this behavior to the FCC, this is illegal, its immoral and its time NC Soft West was held accountable for there illegal actions. Thats why they don't let you pay actual money for gear. Its a really sad situation that we're in. We all love this game and to see how poorly its being run is heartbreaking. When NC Soft advertised items for NC Coin, each player can only "buy" these items in game via an exchange (NC Coin) with the US dollar, making the items that NC Soft advertise have an intrinsic value as well. One can not simply bypass illegal activity by selling "chips" for money, just as a casino can't rob you of your "poker chips" and later say, well it wasn't "real" money, it was poker chips. NC Soft has done the same thing with NC Coin and there is a TON of legal precedence that backs this up. We as a community aren't stuck, what we are (using the royal we) is action adverse. The community comes onto forums, complains and then stops there, hence the ignoring and removing of posts. What the community needs to do is flood ALL of NC Softs social media, showing other gamers in other games how they "conduct business". The community also needs to stop trolling one another and place blame where it belongs, at the feet of NC Soft West. You want things to change, take action, report them for illegal activity, contact the gaming commission, FCC, post on every social media platform NC Soft has, you'd see change. RMT websites flooded with items for sale that make me think that people mass quit game for a reason. We will see in couple of months what else they will drop on us , hopefully TL will be out in that time fingers crossed i hope i will not be published by NCwest.. But they added scrolls for $ at the store which are like destruction scrolls, aka enchant lvl stays on failure. And these scrolls cost 30$ each i heared. @Wissp So what is your plan about the current issue? Do you launch a event with boosted enchant rates for these items + flood us with cheap scrolls? Do we get a compensation? Do we get a way to exchange the timed Gran Kain scrolls? Because like several times stated, it's not possible with the given supply to make +7 items to use the Gran Kain scrolls before you delete them. I stopped doing Jamoa. Tried the green and yellow areas and don't get squat. Not worth buying the recharge stones. I'll hold off and try the red zone when I get 117. Need 28%. The drop is the same in all zones, green, yellow and red, it only matters your lvl so you won't hit green mobs, it si made like this to make people buy drop runes, and for them to justify to put scroll in the "boxes " I can't believe how a gaming company would make their whole work around some boxes....
