My only observation is ... if you have to pay for it, it's not really a gift, is it? While it's not much, it's a far cry from the "1 adena" promotions in the past. We have begged for GR for MONTHS, only to have you add them to box after box after box, with ZERO drops... NADA..not ONE GR dropped from any paid $$ boxes. Then you have an "event" where you needed to BUY boxes for money, then just say POOF to those same boxes and with a 1% chance to succeed.. which is just lighting money on fire. And did we EVER get all 5 rune stones in a day crafted? NOPE.. And now.. you get everyone excited, only to release the "pre event" with a .0000000000002% chance success rate. GIVE US FREAKING GREATER RUNE STONES... This is stupid, it's a skill, make it a quest, make them craftable with in-game drops, put the damn things in the game, stop jerking us around. That's why they should not make events like this. In order to get an item you should have to make some effort, so youre not able to do it quickly and easily with 37 accounts..... If they care so much about market they could add to accounts non tradeable Greater Runes so new players can use their 110 lvl skills, class changing players can use their new class skills, higher lvls players can use their upgraded skills...
