Only the pack is permanent, probably the same time-limited item inside(why is it in a pack?)... why would anyone have 2 identical, non-stacking items(if the packs were suddenly dimensional... nah be realistic).

Pretty sure Talisman, once open, is not going to be permanent. 7 day, maybe 15 day tops. This is NCSoft after all.

It's a 10-day talisman that combines all the other high-grade ones in one and it's doesn't stack with them.

 

It gives 5% cool down, 10 p.def, 10% skill critical damage , 5% skill power, 70 attribute attack, 10% normal attack crit damage.

What you mean it does not stack with the other talismans than what would be the point of it?

Kara Talisman is All the 3 Advanced talisman Combined in one.  So it does not stack with other advanced talisman which is logic.
