Long time teleport- DC. maybe TOI is no longer on your home server... it is shared like Dethrone, Olympiad, CoC, Dimensional whatever... etc. so the lag is with the Dimensional Server and any interaction with the Dimensional Server gets the Lag.(Hasn't TOI been on the Dimensional Server for Ages now?)
