Does event exp pots and runes stack?

Hello (I did not use space on all the words in the title!),

Did the forum just Upgrade?

Alright, I've got some potions (Nevit's Hourglass, Glowing Dragon, XP Buff 50% etc) and runes (EXP Rune III (and the Prestige Rune from subscription)) from the 2 events going on here, and I wonder if it all stack on each other, it doesn't say anything on the item's description.

Any single rune stack with any pots of course.

Runes are completely separated, they are not buffs like potions or nevits.

You not be able to use Nevit's Golden Hourglass with 50% EXP buff nor Dandy buff. Only one of them.

Also you can stack levels of runes. f.e  I II III IV    they all will stack )) but there level restrictions also. Basically lover lvl more boost. Higher lvl less boost ))
