this is made by a guy on the eu forum and it's made for the eu server. take it with a grain of salt as it's only for orientation. people in game got very different values from time to time.

there are few enchanters who knows how things works  in reality.  Your numbers are correct. But you missing one major thing here ... those numbers shows you what you have to see but not the truth. Truth is out there but you need to find it yourself. No one will bring it to you on the plate. Cheers.
