Q: How many Classic Launch Packs can be purchased per account?
Each account is limited to purchasing one of each Classic Launch Pack.
Q: Do I need to purchase a Classic Launch Pack to play Lineage II Classic when it goes live on October 3, 2018?
No, Lineage II Classic will be free to play when it goes live.  The Classic Launch Packs provide beneficial buffs, boosts and bonus items depending on the pack.
Q: When is the last day that a Classic Launch Pack be purchased?
Classic Launch Packs will be available for purchase on this website until 11:59pm PDT on October 2, 2018.
Q: Can I transfer my Classic Launch Pack to another account?
The Classic Launch Pack is tied to the account it is purchased on and cannot be transferred to another account.
Q: Can I transfer items from Classic Launch Pack between characters on the same account?
Items in the Classic Launch pack can be transferred via the dimensional warehouse between Lineage II Classic characters on the same account.
Q: Can I upgrade my Classic Launch Pack?
No, you cannot upgrade your Journey Pack to a Chronicle Pack.
Q: Can I gift a Classic Launch Pack to a friend?
No, there will be no option to purchase a Classic Launch Pack as a gift.
Q: If I purchase a Classic Launch Pack and change my mind, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can submit a refund request for the Classic Launch Pack if the code has not yet been applied to your account.
Q: What payment methods can I use to purchase a Classic Launch Pack?
You can use the following methods of payment: PayPal and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Card and Union Pay).
Q: Are all Classic Launch Pack items available to all the Lineage II Classic characters on my account forever, or only for the first character created?
The items received from a Classic Launch Pack can only be applied to a single character per purchase but the items within can be transferred via the Dimensional Warehouse.
Q: How do I claim my Classic Launch Pack items?

PLEASE NOTE: You will not receive a serial code until Lineage II Classic launches on October 3, 2018. When Lineage II Classic launches, a Classic Launch Pack serial code will be applied to your NCSOFT Account, which you will be able to activate at that time.

After Lineage II Classic has launched, you first need to create character on a Lineage II Classic server. This character will be the one you want to receive the items from the Classic Launch Pack. Once that character has been created, log in to your NCSOFT Account on the Lineage II website and go to your “MY Account” page. Click on the “Apply a Code” tab and select “Lineage II” above the Unused Serial Codes window.  Inside the window, select your Classic Launch Pack (either the Journey Pack or the Chronicle Pack) and then click the “Apply” button.  You will then need to select your classic server and the character from the list that will appear. Once selected, the pack will be sent to the in-game Dimensional Warehouse and ready for pick-up from the character you selected.  From there, log back into the game and navigate to a Dimensional Warehouse NPC in the nearest town to claim your pack. Once you open the pack, all of the items included in your selected pack will be placed in your inventory.
Q: Are the items in the Classic Launch Packs tradable?
No, items in the Classic Launch Pack are not tradable.
Q: Can I get the items in the Classic Launch Packs without purchasing a Classic Launch Pack?
The following items are exclusive to the Classic Launch Packs: Black Gem Mask, Chronicle Ring, Agathion Bracelet - Lv. 1 (180-day), and the Agathion: Saerom. All other items will appear at various times in the L2 Store and can be purchased then.

Q: How do I confirm I purchased a Classic Launch Pack?
You will receive an email confirmation after purchasing your Classic Launch Pack. You can also check your Transaction History in your Account Management page.
