For tier 4 we will get item drop +50%. Does it increase drop of adena,materials, item parts? What about raid bosses?

How does it work in a group if only 1 member have the bonus?

Bonus are applied to the person that bought it, never to the group, NCSoft doesn't support peasants.

It usually works like this: If you are alone ( no party), you get the 50% bonus when hitting the mob. If you are on a party of 2, the bonus split for both of you, meaning it drops to 25%.
If only you have the bonus on a party of 9, that means the actual bonus applied when you guys are killing mobs is 5,5% more drop rate.

So if everyone in the party has it then it stays at 50%?

That is correct. This is what some people are afraid of: being denied party invitations because they don't have drop runes and the party owners don't want their drops reduced by adding someone not-runed

Well it's not a rune (Although they may add runes to the L2Store idk) so won't be able to just tell. However I see this only being an issue the first few weeks if that is the case where everyone is lower lvl and its super easy to fill raids and people actually fight over them. After that hardcore clans will enforce their members to have it, and random pick up groups people wont care as much, especially for lower raids where they will be just trying to fill.

Being honest...if people don't play Skelth because they don't want to HAVE TO pay monthly for the subscription, no encouragement will make them spend 30 + 50 USD for 10% pve dmg and 50% more chance of drops.

True, but they will still play because not everyone cares.

Also a lot don't play Skelth because it Blocks NA players, and if you use a proxy to play you break the EULA and have a chance to be banned. Not saying they would ban you but, who wants to spend months hitting 70+ just to get banned.
