Drop penalty - Bots

Well, pretty many people are discusting for BOTS cause of "NCSOFT". I believe that bots will not be able to farm in high areas cause of people and less spots, BUT removing that drop penalty make the botters happier in game cause they don't care if they die and lose items, if the staff will be able to hunt down the bots I'm fine with it, we will play with less risk on our items but if staff won't be able to control/ban bots, drop penalty is a good punishment for botters.
