Doubt: Skills Sub/Dual/Revelation Class for Healer?

What skills (Sub and Dual) do you recommend for an Healer?

My doubts in Dual's skills are these:

My recommendation, and I am by no means a top PvPer so if one of them replies I would go with their advice, would be:

Sub Skills:

-4/4 P def/M def

-4/4 P crit/M crit

-4/4 Atk Speed/Cast Speed

I've looked at the Evasion like you, and I don't think it's good in small amounts.  To evade things regularly you'd need a lot more Evasion than what you get from the sub skills.  Cast speed just helps you cap easier/get closer to cap (especially if you wear light).

 

Dual Skills:

3/4 Dual - Light of Protection (Chance on hit to increase P.def / M.def 40%)

1/4 Dual - Max HP (6% at lv1)

Reason for this is that I think if you're taking consistent hits, threatening damage, proccing for 40% defenses is really strong to mitigate incoming damage and help you stabilize.   And Max HP is always a great option.

 

Revelation Skills:

#1 Disparition 

#2 Undying Will

#3 Unbind

I think Disparition is the strongest skill available out of all options.  Being untargettable and removing debuffs has multitudes of uses and abuses.  Unbind I would recommend for most classes, however since healer has Brilliant and Radiant Purge, I think the invincibility/life saving chance of Undying will help you more.

Disparition  is very good, but would not it be better for the skill Prevision ( Practically does not take damage by 15s.) or Soul Protection (Block is 3 Debuff, equals remove debuff 5s)?

Sub skills i agree, 100%/

For dual skills, a pdef/mdef boost change almost nothing in damages income, until it's a minimum of 10k boost, so i highly recommend "4/4 Dual - Max HP".
For revelation skills, like he said, disparition is a must for healer. Then for "Undying Will" or "Unbind", it depends your play style, i prefere "Unbind", coz it give you an extra cleanse timer. But some ppl prefere Undying since from time to time it give you an extra celestial. But i saw that in top PvP when a healer die, it's about 1 or 2 shots, that never triger this "Undying Will"

What's the use of having a lot of HP if you're going to take giant damage? take 70k of damage and lose 75% of this life in a mage combo? So the fear of full build HP, the issue just about the excessive damage we receive. Or is my thinking wrong?

Evasion in the sub skill would not be better? I say this because the Healer has a Toggle skill that increases his cast speed by 30%, and 8 evasion seems little, but the ISS when he is 30% alive gains +17 evasion. So who knows +8 avoidance would not be good for the healer?

I never used "Light of Protection" and "Light of Blessing" and i personnally never saw any healer using it. I personnally already took 150k+ damages on 1 hit while my "Giant Favor" skills was up, So this little pdef boost .. Isn't really good.

 

Why healer needs a maximum of HP ?

  1. Because they need to be at least tanky as a tank, even more. Because you are the first one to take damages. You are the class that must stay alive in your party, at all cost. If you are alive, you can heal / rez your party members and nothing is lost yet.
  2. If you have only 70k HP, and 3 ppl hitting you 20k each of them, you are already dead in 2 seconds, without even able to react. If you have 130k HP, you have 3-5 seconds more to react.
  3. And you can tank few hits while taking care of HP/CP from your party members. If your maximum HP is too low, you don't have enough HP to tank the damage while healing your party members, Each time you will take a hit you will need to heal yourself instantly and cannot heal your party members.

But if you take a truck damages at 150-300k damages what ever the setup you got .. The result will be the same.

For the evasion point, it is usefull only if you are full DEX, that add evasion to your character. Only 8 points don't give enough evasion to be really usefull. I hardly recommand to not use the "casting speed" toogle. You will burn your mana in less than 3 minutes, when full buff you are around 1900/1999, you can use one rebirth to gives you back 3 minutes more, but in 6 min you are out. 

 

Everything that i said is based on PvP purposes, but it's also available for PvE. If you can tank the heaviest damages from mobs / RB's while all your party died, Then you can save your party.

For a full HP build, you need :

  1. Dual skill - HP
  2. AP points HP in first (+9% HP and +15% HP)
  3. Bracelet + CON (istina bracelet can give +3 CON, +4 if you have lvl 4 Hunter Faction, +6 max for DW breacelet)
  4. Air Accessory +%Pdef and +CON (+5% pdef +3 CON it the best i think, dunno if you can get more)
  5. Venir Talisman (can going to +4 CON if i'm not wrong, a lvl 9 gives +2 CON)
  6. Tatoo + CON (maximum +15 CON, but the best is +15 CON + 12 CHA)
  7.  +10 Armor set (passiv skill bonus robe gives you more HP, 4890 HP)
  8. Exalted passiv skills (can give you a maximum of +5 CON)
  9. weapon 3 SA HP (body 25% HP + HP Acumen 12% HP 7% Casting Speed + Sigel 15% HP)
  10. bloody weapon (give you more HP, cost less than dark weapon for the same amount of HP, 10% HP)
  11. Shiny elemental shirt (Actually i don't really know when it gives +CON, but at +7 it gives +3 CON)
  12. Giant Augment on an additional weapon (using a giant lifes stones, chances to get "Giant's Battle Roar" augment that gives you 10% HP/CP for 5 min)
  13. Eva's Saint rune (10% HP and 20% reuse time) 

With that setup, full buff, you can reach 90k HP full buff. Around 120k HP with rose.

Sigel 15% HP? ( You mean Sigil, what wizard do you use instead of the shield? If yes can we by SA in it? )

Giant Augment: only in weapon R? Can I pick up weapon grade C?

Shiny elemental, sells on L2 Score ?

If I subscribe to ISS, will these bonuses be for him?
Light armor looks bad on Healer?

Does this build apply to Oly or PvP 1x1 Colosseum?

- Dimensional quest? If so, do you have a link or could you tell me about it?

I was talking about the 3rd SA on weapon, Sigel. That give 15% HP.

For my AP, i'm using this => https://gyazo.com/d325884591464f10d29ceaffe1c66745 because i have enough HP when i'm full buff i'm around 120k HP and i prefered changed a little bit my AP setup. 105 lvl.


For the bracelet question, you can get +3 CON with aria bracelets, if you have the faction Hunter lvl 4 or more, you can change this +3 CON to a +4 CON. DW it's Dimensional warp, when you did all quests you can augment your bracelet to a maximum of +6 STATS you choose, but it's hard to make it. Since if you fail you going back to +0

Yes, but you could also remove the "Guardian Shield", "Guardian Death Shield" and one "Guardian Focus Shield" to take "Guardian Armor Defense" and "Guardian's Life" for more HP. That's as you want.

I'm also using a Garnet lvl 4 so i don't put points in debuff resistances, but you could invest on it if you think it could help you, AP's depends on your play style and equipement.

So was that correct? (I have 24% of Pdf, at the moment I would have no points to distribute).
I use "Light armor"! I no use Shield!
