I have tested it my latency with battleping drops from 207 to 117. Those VPN providers they have a best routes just for those cases while ISP doesn't care a lot if you got 200 ms or 120 ms ping. I will use this one for sure reduce my lag quite good. Without battleping I can feel a slighty delay , while with battleping I move smooth can't feel delay.
