Skunk 0
I read that the gladiator in classic is a bad choice for pvp. Is DA with panther good for pvp? What do you think? I never play L2 Classic. https://strawpoll.com/ckpp9x11
ChicoNever 13
DA is better than Gladiator for PvP imo
SinPalabras 31
I can only think of one Chronicle when the Gladi really shined. The DA has always been consistently undervalued as not a real tank and not a DD either. He's there more for support in PVP.
InVizO 9
Maybe it will be more obvious if i add some perspective. You can make a DA duel a gladiator naked with a NG dagger and it would still easily beat a fully geared gladi
Arslan 9
DA with partner is better. Easy to farm solo. healing skills act as tank etc.
Naramis 1
Keep in mind that DA panther need C crystal to summons. Nobody will be able to substain constant summoning at 40 . Good long term choice
Dreadnought 9
Classic Gladiator is significantly better than Gladiator was on retail back in OB/C1. Sonic Blaster is now a ranged fast reuse 5s stun. Triple Slash now has a PDEF debuff When using dual swords they have a 30-40% UE vs. Physical attacks/skills for 1 minute These make gladi really good in small scale pvp. The issue is that this game is about mass scale pvp and there are better options. Edited October 6, 2018 by Dreadnought
