Wrong Death Penalty %

New death penalty rules have been added for the Classic Server:

• 4% XP Loss Upon Death from any Monsters, Normal characters in PvP, and Chaotic characters

So this is from patch notes, but in really i just lost almost 10 % exp and got delevel (idk if this ok, i didn't found any info in patch notes about deleveling)

I'm pretty sure something it's not good here, 10% is way to much, i must say that i was killed by a Chaotic char.
