Haha yeah bots are on the server, the adena sellers are already spamming ($750 for 1 mil adena), its p2w, it always was.  If you are just now realizing that you must not have your eyes open.  People will just level faster due to the xp runes, scrolls, etc.  Faster leveling means less spread out adena, which means go farm the same mob even more for that drop you want.  Just a reminder, l2wiki/classic isn't the NA server, the drop info/rates is the EU servers but hopefully are similar.

Honestly so far it feels similar to the original release, just people are out leveling their adena income.

Nope! You made a claim that in C4, they introduced share quests - aka all people in a party will receive the said quest - , and I said to give me some info, because I don't recall this feature in C4.

  • Important notes
  1. Only main classes can take part in the Olympiad. If after recording to participate in the Olympics, the player changed the main class to the sub-class, then he is deleted from the lists.

  • Fights watching

Skills

Skill Enchants Skill Enchants.

  • High-level players have the opportunity to enhance skills in a manner similar to the things enchanted. However, there are special rules:
  1. Enchant skill. Usually, when getting the next skill level, players got a more powerful skill, but with an increased MP cost. Enchanted skills do not obey this rule - the player himself chooses which parameters to improve for each skill from the list of available improvements.

  • Regular Crafting Skills

Changes to existing skills.

  • Expertise S (the ability to wear S class items) is now available only from level 75

New skills 1st and 2nd profession

  • All samoner and Necromancer receive new samonov and several new types of buffs and spells for samonov. Samonov has an expanded set of available skills / spells.
  • Warcryers will receive 2 new buffs - ChantofSoul (similar to BlesstheSoul) and ChantofBody (analogous to BlesstheBody), - acting on all members of the group.

  3. Raids and Raid bosses

  1. Part of the raid bosses was weakened so that players could defeat them with small teams (2-3 groups).
  2. Added new raid bosses with new skills and abilities. To defeat them, it will be necessary not only a few groups of players, but also tactics. (note: well, I don’t even know what to say, AI (AI) - it only exists in films).
  3. Quests and Researchers Guild (Quests and Adventurers Guild)

  • Agents of the Guild of Researchers (Adventurers Guild Agent). For the convenience of players in each city were added new NPC - Adventurers' Guild Member.
  1. The Adventurers' Guild MemberNPC can find out information about quests existing in the game - from whom and in which city you can get a task, level restrictions, a repetitive or one-time task. Moreover, choosing a favorite task, the player will receive a pointer to the start of the task (the same one that is given in the starting dungeon when creating a new character) - a three-dimensional arrow on the circle.
  2. You can find out from these NPCs information about the raid bosses in the game - their level, name and habitat. Also, if desired, the player will receive a pointer to the habitat of the selected raid boss.

New tasks (Quests)

In connection with the introduction of the third profession and new territories, as well as the expected influx of new players, the following quests were added:

  1. To receive the third profession and the title of Nobleman.
  2. To research new territories and quests for hunting in these territories.
  3. Various quests related to fishing and skill enhancement.
  4. Quests to get unique things (wedding dresses, accessories) and things S-class.
  5. Added 3 quests for 3 different pets.
  6. Quests for beginners (up to level 20) and middle level players (from 20 to 60).
  7. Soul Crystal level 13, required for weapons of S class can be obtained through the quest. List of monsters for the quest: Antharas, Valakas, Raid BossAmber, Plunderer's Subcommander Anakazel.

Fishing

The introduction of fishing is one of the ways that NCSoft is trying to dilute the monotony of the game. Moreover, with the help of fishing you can get various things and materials to create ordinary things - drinks, paints, various accessories (hairpins, masks, etc.).

  • In each city in the Grocery store in each port will be added new NPC - Fisherman.
  1. To go fishing, the player needs to acquire a fishing rod (Fishing Pole), bait (Bait) and the ability to fish (Fishery). All this can be obtained from the Fisherman NPC for a fee in adenes. Also, bait and bait can be obtained for completing specific quests.

  9. By double clicking on a fish or treasure chest, the player will receive any random items. These are usually recipes and materials for creating Regular Item Craft. There is a small chance to get special items that can be exchanged for the Titan's Secret Scroll, which is necessary for the skill enchanter.

Clan Wars

In C4, the system of clan wars is completely revised. Moreover, the rules of war that exist in C3 will be completely changed. (Note: Changed not for the better, according to most players. It is likely that the new system will not be implemented.)

  • Declaration of war
  1. Only a 3rd-level clan leader with a minimum of 15 clan players can declare war to another clan. Only a 3rd-level clan leader with at least 15 clan players can declare war.

  • Hostilities

Exit from the war and end the war

  1. A clan that is in a state of war may at any time withdraw from it. However, the exit from the war does not mean its end - a bilateral war will become one-sided.
  2. For an exit from war, as well as at the announcement, the consent of a clan of the opponent is not required. Members of both clans will be notified that one of the clans is out of war.
  3. The war between the two clans ends only when both clans are out of war with each other.

So , I don't see the shared quests. Maybe you can help with some info @beleaua ?

Edit: Also Vip 4 you mean? Anyway , Beside the Buff scroll I see no P2W elements in the shop. And that scroll costs 36 NcCoins. So say you want to farm .. 200 minute, which is 3 and 1/3 hours means you need to pay around 5$. 5$ for 3,1/3 hours of farm. Well .. I suspect few will buy it, but that's it.

if you have to ask me then you probably didn't play, and it took you long to find some small part of what it was c4 patch notes.

but you only wasted your time. if you took a second to read, i said c4 onward, which means anything from c4 and further patches.

and in c4 i did lots of quests on my bishop (later cardinal) subclass and haven't touched a mob. starting with c4 there were quests in varka, imperial tomb, 4 sepulchers, later in gracia and hellbound, rift, which most of them i did on subclass without touching mobs.

and these new quests they added, what  did they do with them? being in party means nothing, you need to have the last hit no matter if you're a buffer or a healer. i thought if they added the qol from later patches and the god client, at least the new quests should have been implemented with such qol.

i don't even know why you're  fighting me on this.

In my opinion this is an official server, you are have three housands of employees, but you are messy and you are unprepared - it looks like, that some russian guy (kid) sitting in his pajamas with a cigarette in his teeth in the middle of syberia - could do it better. 

 

The lack of hot fixes to all those problems is ridiculous and outrageous.

Nope you did not played p2p version if you say "solo quest" in Lineage 2 where everyone and their mother knows that L2 quests are "solo" , aka who gives the last hit on the mob.

Well then , there are other games which have the "2018 experience". Go and enjoy them.

Well, apart from Adena drop and which I agree with, several quests & mobs bugged and xp loss is not making me quit ANY game, let alone Lineage 2 Classic.

Actually, in the Classic version we have right now, Vanquish Remnants quest is a party quest. You get the badges just by being in the killing party.

True that. We indeed have party quests. What we don't have , is the weapon quest and 1/3 2/3 3/3 quest chain which gives lots of xp. That might be intended.
