Hi,

Can anyone tell me which quest should I do to gain faction points on adventure's guild level 1?

Can't go ahead, and Penny doesn't give any info about it.

That depends on the level of the character. If you are lvl 97 or above, you can't take quests from Penny any more.

In any case you should first talk to Herphah, the female Orc right next to Penny, who will give you quests like "The Way of the Wandering Knight" or "Across the Death Line". At the end of the dialogue, Herphah will send you over to Penny. You will have to talk a bit to her too, and then you can pick up from Penny the quests which give Faction Points.

After doing what @Yidao said, in case you're 85+, Penny will give you dailies (3 or 4): Harnak's, Altar, Bloody Swampland and K85 solo, if I remember well. Then, quests will change according to your lvl: Kartia group, Fortuna, Spezion, Nornil's, etc...

Ahha, I'm lvl 95 now and I've tried quests in Bloody Swampland but nothing changes, so should I do K95 solo for example?

Those quests apply only for K85 and K90 (solo and group). Maybe with a a dual class.

At lvl 95 Penny should offer you the "Basic Mission: Seal of Shilen". That's a bit tricky. You must first talk to Penny, then to Dusk Agent Georgio, clicking on the Basic Mission quest on his dialogue screen first, and only after that pick up the "Kicking Out Unwelcome Guests" quest. When you have killed 50 of each monster type, first talk to Georgio, properly wrapping up the "Kicking Out" quest, then you will get a notification to talk to Penny. Do that, and you have finished your work for the day and you can start the cycle again by talking to Penny on the next day.

You need to do daily quest form Penny (k95, harnak, bloody swampland). For each quest you get faction points. When you get enough points you will rech lvl 2 and quest will be done.
