They do not have access to player accounts, and information about on-going tickets will not be shared with them due to disclosure of personal information. SinnersCrafter Posted October 10, 2018 Share Posted October 10, 2018 @Juji @Hime So after news on the release on Lineage 2 Classic I have played only around 6 hours (around work time) before I receive notice that my 2 accounts have been locked, after trying to log in I get a notice of ‘Due to suspicious activity, this account has been locked’. For both accounts I had purchased the Chronicle Pack, and x2 stack 400 NCoin for one of the accounts. It would be very nice to have an explanation as the only activity there has been is questing ‘like everybody else’ in the time I have been online. I am just fortunate enough not to use any items from the chronicle pack that continues to count down while offline as I don’t believe people will be reimbursed for lost time and the need to catch up due to this circumstance. It’s now been 3 days since sending an email of appeal I still have not heard a peep from them. I see many people reporting they have had the same issue but nobody mentioning they had their issue resolved? Would anybody like to comment they got their account unlocked and are playing again? Speak with your support team or take more people for support team cauze we take no answer and no help by you. I make 2 players same hours online make them 20. log off the same time with both of them yesterday i try to log in today and my SE (MikasaGr) is locked. Yesterday I bought a 7-day XP/SP Rune and at the afternoon while I was playing I got an error, client closed and then I wasn't able to reconnect due to "Suspicious activity". Now my money spent and wasting as the clock runs, waiting an answer from NCSoft since the moment I got this error.
