Devianne NPC at the entrance of Atelia Fortress

It is known that this NPC Devianne appears only when Burnstein is defeated and hasn't respawned yet, However I would like to suggest making it not possible for the NPC Devianne to disappear while there is an instance going on.  I've had quite a few occasions where I, myself or other people have had to port out for one reason or another and could not reenter because the NPC was not there to let us back in.  Yeah right  anyways I would be great if you guys can make it so that Devianne does not disappear as long as there is and instance still active, thank you if you can and if you can't I guess the world will still go on.
