Throne of Heroes, porting an alive toon outside for no reason. Tauti porting out 3/7 toons without them using escape.(they were alive) SOEing to get party cake at Altar, and losing instance zone immediately (<10 seconds) and not being able to port back in, while still having the zone on reuse timer There have been more bugs than this happen to me and my CP, but these are the ones I remembered to write down to share.
