Sorry, I was mistaken. The rune is for Prestige Pack subscribers affected by the extended downtime last week. You had to be a subscriber at the time of last week's maintenance. Same pt. same 1h20m exp -- 100% rune lost, but added nevit 100% exp instead,. And see? I got 0,8% 10 Oct instead of 1.85% at 9 Oct. This is outrageous and officials do not even bother to comment or check. Yesterday in game I heard more ppl. saying XP was "approx. halfed". Anyone else noticed the same ? I don't xp atm so I have no own experience.
