[Minor bug] Wrong tooltip for crafting materials

All basic crafting materials have the current text on the tooltip:

"Sell it to a store or trade it in through the Aden Reconstruction Society for a new ingredient."

The Aden Reconstruction Society mentioned in the tooltip only exist after the God of Destruction update.

This is the classic tooltip for materials:

"Material used to make Dwarven items. Can be sold in any shop."

Since all crafting materials conform with the current crafting materials, this bug have no impact on game functionality, thus having lowest priority.
