Missing a lot of "classic" elements.

I am one of the original L2 players back in the days when they even had Lineage 2 radio. (music to kill by).  It seems that this Classic server is missing a bunch of classic elements.

Missing the boat from TI to Gludin, Missing the dock  master where you bought your ticket. 

The adamantite quest you used to get from the TI blacksmith is gone ( it's been replaced with a power level quest.)

Also seems like there are no longer the original "quest monsters" on TI. (there was an orc and a wolf with minions)

I see also stuff was added, Fishing, buff scrolls etc.

Just wondering if there is a plan to start up a true classic server? like back in the days of C2?  More of a curiosity question than anything else.
