Astarothy Posted January 13, 2018 Share Posted January 13, 2018 the quest you must deliver at this npc is the "Uncover the Secret" (the 1st one), then it will update this "Special Mission" mission and lead you to Penny npc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
