I checked the AH and saw this item for sale. It says it allows awakened skills to be enchanted from +20 to +30. When the hell did they add this into the game?

Ye, I was told it's a fail from the Koreans, idk why we have those books on Ncwest, I have some in my wh too, if I remember correctly it was a compensation when skills were resetted to 0 in one of the previous patches. Meh

They were Originally introduced during 11th Anniversary Events(IIRC on Forums the NC staff explained the chapter 2 books should have been removed from prize list as we would likely not get Skills over +20) If they had waited for Korea to make changes then Anniversary would have been delayed(which was unacceptable under Juji's Leadership) Now in the Neutron Age Anniversary delayed 3 months and still had bugs(no 13 Year Veteran Pack for 13th Anniversary the Biggest imo)... and Regular Events delayed or skipped altogether(Alien event 1 month late, no Talk like a Pirate Day Flash sale, no Freya/Christmas etc).
