My main account was locked, then unlocked, then locked again after I bought NCoin. Classy. How many days do I need to wait for it to unlocked now? They need to go back to the architecture and increase potential server sizes. No other solution would be fully positive for players. Please please increase server size. Or I am afraid I am done paying you money for multiple accounts. I paid NCSoft for 5 years for 2 accounts. You want me to pay for a VIP to not wait that long? Ok I would pay, IF I COULD!!. Every time that I want to log in to buy something with my main account, it appears a message that says "Oh no, there is an error in our end. Please try again later". What a joke is NCSoft. If that won't be fixed by the end of the week I will be doing a chargeback on my creditcard, as they fail to deliver services I have paid for. It is truly ridiculous. Tuccy Posted October 14, 2018 Share Posted October 14, 2018 More than 2000 in queue 5/6 hours to connect, Problem is the server capacity please consider upgrade hardware, at least for server starting today a loot of players is playing in GTM + 1, with respective payment and packs please consider invest money from payment into HW upgrade or development team for resources optimizations on server side.
