At the same time I have had to queue with my non-vip buffer. Im not sure if your problem is in that you havent applied your VIP from in-game L2store.... you have to actually spend 80ncoins before VIP1 turns on. Not sure if they are just waiting for the hype to pass or if the servers software is so poorly designed it is not scalable (or even hardware, if they have physical limitations or whatever). It use to be instant access to the server but this is ridiculous and I may refund if they don't get there act together. When I had no VIP I usually had between 600 and 2100 queue. Now with VIP 1 my max queue was 2 players VIP 1 costs 1$ per month.
