Cannot buy Ncoin

Hi there,

I am trying to buy ncoin so I can get VIP but everytime I do I get this message

So I read up and seen that others have had issues in the past, and I saw a message about clearing my chache, so I cleared my cache, I have tried 2 browsers on my PC and I even have tried 2 browsers on my phone and I get the same error code each time, I contacted support and I have a ticket number 22187453, could someone please get in contact as it has been 2 days since I submitted the ticket.
