Transfer XP rune from chronicle pack to another character on the same server?

Is this something support actually does? Submitted a ticket like a week ago asking and never got a response

The thing is that the Chronicle pack FAQ specifically states which items can and cannot be transferred through the dimensional merchant ( which appears to have been edited out of the FAQ as recently as yesterday or today ). However, the XP rune is entirely left out of that section of the FAQ. It doesn't say you can move it and it doesn't say you can't. You wouldn't know that the item isn't transferrable until it's already in the inventory of the character you can't transfer it from. I think it makes sense that support would allow exceptions since they never made it clear to begin with considering the Chronicle pack was a preorder and a lot of people bought and opened them with no way of knowing the rune couldn't be moved. Yes the window to purchase the packs was extended but this has no bearing on the miscommunication. People preordering the pack were effectively told they would be able to shuffle the items, rune included. See below:

The items received from a Classic Launch Pack can only be applied to a single character per purchase but the items within can be transferred via the Dimensional Warehouse.

From the FAQ on the official website: 

Can I transfer items from Classic Launch Pack between characters on the same account?

Before a Classic Launch Pack has been opened, the pack can be transferred between characters on the same account via the Dimensional Warehouse. Once opened, not all items can be transferred via the dimensional warehouse. The following items in the Classic Launch pack cannot be transferred via the Dimensional Warehouse between Lineage II Classic characters on the same account: 1st Class Transfer Buff Scroll (20 Minutes), XP/SP Boost Scroll, Major Healing Potion, Chronicle Ring and Agathion Bracelet Lv.1 (180-day).

As you can see there is no mention of the XP rune not being transferrable among the items listed.

SO true    i wish you could be able to transfer it on your acc between characters , been sitting on a character for days now that i dont play anymore , what a waste !

You can transfer the box containing the rune between different characters in the same account via Dimensional Merchant.Once you open it you can't anymore OBVIOUSLY.  And a bunch of other items also can be transfered...Scrolls and potions NOPE, cannot be transfered.

 

Easy: just go to the Dimensional Merchant and try it lol
