I am curious though, since I do not use bot programs or whatever, what programs trigger the 3rd party ban alert for the NCsoft security checks? I heard Razor Synpase was causing issues for some people and I did happen to have that on my computer from my previous mouse. Just want to make sure so I don't use a flagged program or whatever. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? @Elli how long did it take for them to unlock your account? I too am lost on why the hell this is happening in the first place. Something or combination of things triggers an automated account lock. Too many bot reports, failing caption, logging into too many accounts via website or ingame, creating multiple new accounts, ip's region, vpn, etc. Account gets auto-locked until someone manually reviews it. It also matters a lot what email was used, accounts using gmail addresses are usually not banned on sight, where other anonymous services are under suspicion instantly.
