chronicle pack

i purchased chronicle pack  and i got nothing

some people were saying check demensional   but  nothing.

is this pack bugged???  i did send ticket but so far no answer.

As i said in the other thread, i've attempted to purchase it before the october launch with no success.... then after and about 30 other times since (usually twice a day every day or more). I've send in support ticket under "account issues" and the report back was :

At this time Game Support Team does not have a workaround. Once a fix has been created and tested it will be made available in a future update.

Honestly no clue what to do...
