Quest items by turn or random in pt

There is possibility to change drop of q items by turn or random in pt? not for last hit? it's hard to make quest in pt with other ppl.

For some of the quests (the Abandoned Camp one, for example), you receive quest items by just being in the killing party. For some quests (the spiders, for example), you need the last hit.

I think that party quests are mainly for party areas and solo quests are mainly for solo areas. But I may be wrong, it's NCsoft what's we are talking about.
