Devoid Posted October 23, 2018 Share Posted October 23, 2018 Even though some of the rune passives are leveled (check the passive skill list), the general idea is that they should stack, aside from certain exceptions. The bad thing is, just like with LIVE, you need someone to sacrifice test specific rune combinations to know if they use different passive skills and not levels of the same skill.
