For now i dont have point's on my account, maybe some1 did same, and what was Your waiting time for this? I feel like waiting 12 h for making a ticket is bit stupid, and my $$ are frozen.... Just some general info: during peak times, it is expected that it can take up to 24h to deliver NCoin; if you are waiting less than that, CS will ask you to wait anyway (and contact them only after 24 hours since purchase have passed).
