Kavanaugh Posted November 11, 2018 Share Posted November 11, 2018 So I bought 10 of the "Greater Dye of STR <+4 STR/ -5Con> 2nd Class Transfer", I'm a lvl 41 Phantom Ranger and the symbol maker and Puss won't draw the symbol. What am I doing wrong? Other people IG have either said that the dyes I bought were for 3rd class transfer or they said they had no issues applying the dye, also Phantom Rangers.
