I saw a post on reddit and people talk about special bonus to certain type of Mobs/Bosses. Good if you really want it and will use it as a +3 version for PvE until 52 and some casual PvP. But the price kills Emi usage for PvP. CIB you can get for C/D cry, and due to many trash D and C item drops, you will always have plenty of these - means you can keep overenchanting it easily. Now, as classic is GoD+, OE gives you extra damage when using shots - so even more reason to OE CIB. Not to mention you can still use OE CIB in B grade AND your shots will cost cheaper compared to DELb or BoP (Hazard Bow). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
