How many Level Gap to get xp?

Hello friends! How many level gap if i want to boost a box or toon in my party?

i have a healer (87) that i want to xp boost

my main is 96. Pls gv me idea. Because i am having a hard time leveling my healer. Thanks in advance.

The maximum level difference for the lower character to get any exp at all is 9, i.e. with a lvl 96 main you can level up a lvl 87 healer. The healer will get a 50% exp penalty, however. In order to get more or less the same exp as your main, the level difference should be only 5 or less.

Also keep an eye on the level of the monsters. When a monster is red to the lower level character aka 9 levels or more higher, you don't get any exp:

When you are in a hunting ground with different monsters, it can be that some of them, the lower ones, give exp to the healer, others not. Switch to your second window and check after you have killed a new variety of monster whether the healer does not get 0 exp/SP.
